Antonia Monarski resides in the North End/Waterfront area of Boston, where she has been a successful and accomplished Real Estate Broker for more than twenty years.
Antonia is experienced in all aspects of Boston real estate. She began her career in the heart of the North End, where she primarily focused on rental property and the sale of residential buildings. In 1997, Ms. Monarski moved to the Waterfront, where she continues to excel in both condominium and multi-unit building real estate sales.
Antonia works closely with many developers, contractors and investors, in the acquisition, design, marketing and sale of condominium conversions. The goal is always to produce a stylistic, high quality product, while still preserving the architectural integrity of both the building and the neighborhood. Successful North End real estate projects were marketed and sold in record time, resulting in some of the highest recorded price points in the area.
Antonia is equally successful in her relationships with both first time buyers and those with experience. Her honesty, commitment and knowledge ensure that the buyer has, not only a successful conclusion to a purchase, but an exciting and comfortable real estate experience.
